Whoopi Goldberg brought this to the attention of 2024 Republican presidential nominee Ron DeSantis during Tuesday’s The View.
“We’re watching you, Ron,” ABC show co-host Goldberg warned the Florida governor about his so-called “war on woke,” which has seen him sign several contracts in recent months extremist politics into the law.
“Hey, Ron, you know, the way you sleep, and has been for a while, see, a lot of us have been up all the time,” began Goldberg, who last week said she was done with conservative abort culture.
“We have no choice,” he said EGOT winner Continuation. “As women, we have no choice but to rest, sleep and see things. We don’t have time for that.”
“So you want to fight us all?” asked Goldberg. “Because you will fight your own wives too. Because they won’t take the ridicule you throw at them. It’s not like they vote for it. You make these decisions for your state.”
