Whoopi Goldberg returned to The View on Monday, following her apology for the ‘incorrect and hurtful’ feedback she made concerning the Holocaust.
The Sister Act star instructed the viewers she was grateful to return to the present after her suspension, and promised she would not be shying away from “robust conversations”.
The actress and comic, 66, was suspended from the American discuss present at the beginning of the month, after falsely claiming race was not a factor in the Holocaust – the genocide of European Jews throughout World Battle II which came about from 1941 to 1945.
