Prince Harry says he is continuing Diana’s ‘unfinished’ work

Prince William and Prince Harry will be reunited thanks to an “unbreakable bond” between the two brothers, a royal expert has claimed.

Harry, 37, resigned from his royal duties and moved to the United States in 2020.

The Duke of Sussex sent shockwaves through the royal family when he and wife Meghan Markle sat down for an in-depth interview with Oprah Winfrey.

He has since returned to Britain for both the funeral of Prince Philip and the unveiling of a statue honoring Princess Diana, amid claims of a rift with William.

Harry will publish his memoir later this year – a book that will reportedly “shake the monarchy to the core”.

But despite reports of tension between William, 39, and Harry, a royal expert claims the brothers will eventually reunite.

The PA’s Royal Correspondent Alan Jones told True Royalty’s The Royal Beat: “I think William has plenty of time for Harry. He’s his little brother at the end of the day.

“Even though they didn’t see eye to eye, I think there’s still that brotherly bond, her mother’s death created that unbreakable bond between them.

“At the end of the day, no matter what he said about the family, he will always put his arm around him.”

William was just 15 and Harry was 12 when Diana died in a car crash in Paris in August 1997.

They were at Balmoral with Prince Charles, the Queen and other members of the royal family on the night their mother died.

There was a wave of collective public mourning for Diana and her funeral was watched by an estimated 2.5 billion people worldwide.

Harry has since spoken out about the horror of the funeral procession and said no child should be made to walk behind their mother’s coffin in public.

It comes after a royal expert claimed Prince Harry’s rift with William “cannot be healed” as the release of his memoir loomed.

Royal writer Richard Fitzwilliams told the ToDiForDaily podcast: “To my mind both brothers were inseparable.

“There is no doubt that one of the tragedies is that they took very different paths.

“The problem is what will be in this book.”
