With Marvel Snap, you can finally battle friends today

Marvel Snap has taken the world by storm, but one glaring omission that fans have been asking for is the ability to fight friends instead of just random strangers. As promised, the wait is finally over as Marvel Snap’s new Battle Mode allows players to take on their friends and it goes live today.

Battle mode allows players to share battle codes for private one-on-one battles. This matchup consists of several consecutive games in which players use the same decks throughout. Each player starts with 10 health and whoever wins a game deals 1 point of damage. However, this damage can be doubled by snapping. A player loses when their health reaches zero and there is no turn limit. Developer Second Dinner states that the battle mode will receive updates that expand its functions in the coming months.
