WizKids ‘announced giant red dragon miniaturization coming this year

Wizkids has revealed to IGN its next giant monster to dominate your game table, the “miniature” Gargantuan Red Dragon slated to hit store shelves in June and will cost $400 USD .
Continuing the success of last year giant Tiamat and gargantuan Arveiaturace Released, the board game accessory developer will continue the giant, premium dragon line with the ancient Balagos red dragon, Flying Flame. You can pre-order this monstrous item via Amazon or WizKids Store.
While all of WizKids’ giant dragons are impressively large compared to what would normally form a miniature, Balagos’ sculpture sets the miniature as the tallest model to date, with The wings extend vertically to nearly 18.5 inches long from base to tip.
You can find the full measurements for the fire-breathing giant below:
Base to horn – 9.5 inches
Base to frilled neck – 10.25 inches
Advice from base to wing – 16.5 inches (left wing) or 18.25 inches (right wing)
Wingspan – 23.5 inches
“After our success at Gargantuan White, Arveiaturace, we knew we had a fan hit,” said Patrick O’Hagan, RPGs Production Manager at WizKids. “For our next dragon, we want to go BIG and bring out Balagos, the Flying Flame. Balagos is one of the most famous red dragons in the Forgotten Kingdom… posing the most fearsome threat to even the strongest of characters. “

In Dungeons & Dragons‘The Forgotten Realms’ default setting, Balagos is something of a tyrant, even by colored dragon standards. His unusual ideas about superhumans eventually led him to the conclusion that he would rule over all dragons and usher in the annihilation of humanity and the goblin races. So, you know, the perfect villain to knock out in front of your players with a loud and surprising noise.
