Tiktoker tries the “75 Soft Challenge” to get in shape

Staying healthy is no easy task, and when we’re all so busy with other life commitments, hitting the gym every day can seem like an impossible mountain.

But for those who would like to take on a challenge and push themselves, there are people who have developed specific routines that might help you get in better shape over a short period of time.

One of those challenges that became increasingly popular In the fitness world, late last year came the 75 Hard Challenge, designed for those who are already in good shape but want to get even better.

As part of the challenge, participants must follow a set of rules for 75 days, including following a diet, exercising for 45 minutes twice a day, drinking a gallon of water each day, and writing 10 pages of a ” personal development ” Nonfiction.

The 75 Hard Challenge seems extreme to the average person, which is why there is now a slimmed down version of the program known as the 75 Soft Challenge – which could result in you completely changing your life in 75 days.

One woman taking on the 75 soft challenge is Charlotte Rousé, who used her TikTok account @charlotterouse_ to explain exactly what the challenge entails.

Using audio from someone else who tried the challenge, Charlotte’s clip explained, “Today I’m starting the 75 Soft Challenge. It’s like the 75 Hard but for people who don’t have the time for two 45-minute workouts a day. Here are the rules:

“Eat well and only drink on social occasions.

“Exercise 45 minutes non-stop every day for 75 days, plus one active recovery day every week.

“Drink three liters of water a day and read 10 pages of any book.”

Charlotte has been posting regular updates on her progress since the challenge began two weeks ago, saying she is determined to “hold herself accountable” to ensure she completes the full 75 days.

And in the comments to her videos, the 21-year-old UK shares advice for others who might want to take on the challenge themselves.

When one person asked what they do to stay active on their rest days, they said, “Up until now I’ve been doing Pilates on a rest day because I wasn’t feeling well, so I needed something low impact.”

And when someone else said drinking three liters of water was unnecessary, Charlotte replied: “Nobody said you need three liters. Nothing in this challenge that you have to do, so it’s a challenge.”
