Woman swears by a three-step cleaning routine to keep the shower looking new again

A cleaning expert has gone viral online after sharing her simple three-step method to keep your shower looking good as new — and it’s really easy to do yourself

Cleaning the house can be a long and tedious task that people avoid for as long as possible.

So there’s nothing worse than stubborn stains that won’t move no matter how much elbow grease you use to scrub them away.

Luckily, a cleaning expert shared a handy three-step routine that will make your shower shine with minimal effort.

Carolina McCauley shared her accomplished hack on TikTok, with views already spreading 1.5 million Views in the app.

The woman whose username is @carolina.mccauley on the app she shared her video with the words: “How I clean my shower easily. Start with dish soap and baking soda.”

She continues to drizzle the soap onto the floor of her shower before sprinkling some baking soda over it.

The nifty tutorial continues, directing viewers to add some water. You must then use a broom to spread the solution over the surface – a retractable broom is recommended by the poster to avoid bending over.

Make sure you get into the corners and other nooks and crannies so as not to miss any stains. Then you need to wash this away with water and voila, your shower floor should be spotless.

Viewers of the video loved her tips and said, “BROOM!!!! How did I not think of that!!!!”

Another commented, “I do, except I use white vinegar instead of the water.”

After you tackle that, you should clean your shower fixtures, knobs, and the surrounding wall tiles.

Carolina posted a follow-up video of her cleaning the rest of her shower area.

In the clip, she uses a handheld electric scrubbing brush and cleans those areas with the same three-ingredient solution of dish soap, baking soda, and water.
