Jane Fallon won the money more than a year ago after drawing four EuroMillions HotPicks numbers via website WeLoveLotto, but is still awaiting two-thirds of the money

A woman who won £60,000 on a lottery website has spoken out after receiving just £20,000 of her winnings.
Jane Fallon, 62, won the money on website WeLoveLotto on February 2 last year.
WeLoveLotto is a website where customers can buy lottery tickets for UK Lotto, EuroMillions, EuroJackpot and lotteries from around the world.
The WeLoveLotto site boasts of their “100% Guaranteed Withdrawal Policy” but that was of little help to Jane when she won £60,000 last year.
Jane, who lives in Greater Manchester, won the money by selecting four EuroMillions HotPick numbers and then doubling.
That means she technically won £30,000 twice.
At the time, she said WeLoveLotto congratulated her and said she broke her record for biggest win.
Jane said, “It was all smiles and congratulations the next day, they said ‘You’re our biggest winner’.”
The company said it is waiting for the funds to be cleared by the National Lottery before paying it anything.
Four weeks later, Jane received £1,000. A further two weeks later she received a further £1,000, then a further £18,000 about ten days later.
But then the payments stopped completely.
Jane and her family have followed the matter several times with WeLoveLotto and other gambling organizations but over a year later she is still waiting to get her remaining £40,000.
Now she speaks about her experience as a warning to others.
“I’m sick of them,” she said.
“My goal is to warn people about this lottery website.
“I called Action Fraud and the Gambling Commission but got no help.”
WeLoveLotto has been approached for comment by The Mirror on several occasions.
To make matters worse, Jane lost some of her advantages as a result.
Before winning the £60,000, Jane applied for Personal Independence Payments and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).
As the old-style ESA is a means-tested benefit, Jane knew she couldn’t claim it if she had savings of more than £16,000.
As soon as Jane knew she had won, she called the Department for Works and Pensions to let them know and a week later her ESA was discontinued.
But when her savings fell below £16,000 again, she had to start her claim all over again.
“I got back in touch and was able to get benefits again, even though I had to send in bank statements,” she said.
She is now back at the level she was before the win.
WeLoveLotto has a TrustPilot score of 3.3 stars out of 5.
Earlier this month, The Mirror reported how a man was left baffled after Camelot refused to pay out his £6.5million lottery ticket – saying it had already been claimed.
Peter Rhodes, 60, said he believes his ticket was stolen by a store employee when he went to collect his winnings.
The pensioner claims a woman on Camelot’s operations team confirmed it was worth £6.5million, but hours later he says he was contacted by the lottery company’s fraud team to say they are not paying out the winnings be – because it has already been claimed.
Mr Rhodes, from London, told The Mirror: “It’s a life-changing amount of money. You didn’t steal me.
“You stole my child’s future. The money should be for her.
“I turned 60 a few weeks ago and I’ve never asked anyone for anything.”
