A photograph of the three was displayed on the coroner’s desk while the tribute was read.

Miss Ambler said: “Kelly and I had an idyllic and happy childhood and we spent hours playing together, inventing dance routines and plays to show the family.

“Kelly had a lot of friends at school, she was good and school was easy for her.

“Nobody made me laugh like Kelly. She was an amazing sister. She was so caring and treated my kids like her own.

“Kelly had wanted children for a number of years, so when she got pregnant she was thrilled. They were her whole world and she was so proud of these beautiful girls.

“We’ve always said we can’t live without each other so her loss is still incomprehensible to me and our dad.

“We’re going to make sure Kelly lives on because there’s no way we can forget her.

“She really was one in a million and I take comfort in the fact that she was by my side for 40 years as my sister and my best friend.”
