World of Warcraft announces details of Arena World Championship starting this weekend

World of Warcraft esports will once again mark stiff competition as the Arena World Championship opens this week with the first tournament of the new season.

Arena World Championships will kick off the first of four open tournaments from March 18 to 20. The competition will be streamed live on Warcraft YouTube and in this round, players from Europe and North America will have a chance to compete for bragging rights and glory. And cash, of course.

Season 3 competition look out Shadowlands in 2022 there will be a total prize pool of US$700,000 for the entire season (including the Global Finals). Each of the four cups will have a $10,000 prize pool, with the first place winner receiving $5,000, second place earning $2,800, and third place earning $1,600 .

These four cups will take place for Europe and the Americas starting at 10 a.m. Pacific Time each day, with European Union matches taking place on Friday and Sunday and matches in North America. America will take place on Saturday and Sunday. The first episode runs March 18-20 and will run on weekends through April 10. The winners, determined by total score, will enter the top eight for each zone. the open region and eventually go to the Circuit to progress to the ultimate Global Finals.
