World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic Update Brings Black Temple


The latest update for World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic bring back The Black Temple. Fight Illidan Stormrage on your own if you’re level 70 or higher and you want to classic challenge when it unlocks. The update also adds Battle for Mount Hyjal to confront the demon Archimonde, in addition to bug fixes and quality of life updates.

The raid content will unlock on Thursday, January 27th at 3pm PST, so as of this update you’ll be able to complete the required public quests allowing you to access access raids. You will have to complete these quests once for each character. so If you’re looking to raid when they open next week, now’s your chance to get them done.

When The Black Temple arrives Epic Gems and they will be available from both raids via mining at Mount Hyjal or as rare drops from The Black Temple. Netherwing daily quests are also opened which is also where you can earn Netherwing fame in Shadowmoon Valley. If you gain Exalted fame, you’ll even have a chance to get an Epic Netherdrake Mount.

Burning Crusade Arena Season 3 opens with this updatewith adjusted matchmaker to increase the range of possible opponents you can face. Other changes in the update include adjustments to bosses and the Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep, which now further reduce an additional class placement token for a total of 3 per battle. All dungeon bosses now also have a chance to drop Epic Gems on Hero difficulty. There is a new quest for Warlocks that allows them to summon an incubator. And there are a lot of UI changes and bug fixes that will make things run more smoothly.
