If you have pursued a Xbox Series X, this is a great opportunity. Xbox Series X is still available online at UK retailer GAME (see here). This quantity has existed since about 10 am on February 3, 2022, but it is highly likely that it will be sold out very soon. With just one caveat, it will cost £464.99 (£20 on RRP) and include a baseball cap. I mean, beggars can’t be choosers, can they?
But, this is still a great opportunity for those who have been waiting long enough to avoid the rush and disappointment of hunting. While component shortages are still hitting the industry hard, Xbox’s continued availability spike in 2022 could be a gift saver for consumers, especially since you can also regularly pick up a Series S for under £220 (see here).

Despite the lower-than-expected numbers this financial year, the PS5 has been a huge hit. Sony reports that the console has now sold 17.3 million PS5 units as of December 3, 2021. Despite being unable to keep up, the PS5 still outsold the PS4 in its first financial year on sale and at one point. launched the best-selling console in the historic My Mon.
