Did you know that your iPhone is full of hidden videos?
You probably have dozens of clips you’ve never seen – and they’re hidden in the Photos app.
It’s all related to Live Photos, which is one Apple Feature that records footage on both sides of a photo to animate it.
You’ve probably seen them before: you can tap on a Live Photo to play the short animation.
And you can also set them as your iPhone lock screen.
If you’ve captured a series of Live Photos in a row, you can sync them all into one long video.
That iPhone can stitch these Live Photo images together.
That means you can create lengthy videos that you’ve never seen before.
And all thanks to taking photos – instead of a clip.
So if you’ve ever regretted not filming an important moment, you may already have a video just waiting to be created.
The ingenious trick has already collected over 8,000 likes tick tock.
All you have to do is select all the images that you want to concatenate.
Then go into the editing settings and click on save as video.
This will convert all Live Photos into a single clip.
Unfortunately, the catch is that you must have taken Live Photos and not just regular snapshots.
So make sure you do that.
How to take a Live Photo
Open your camera apartment.
Then make sure you use photo mode.
At the top right you will see a Live Photos button, which are concentric circles.
Tap on it to make sure Live Photo mode is active.
Then just take a picture.
Live Photos is usually enabled by default but can sometimes be disabled.
