Your iPhone’s “Secret Tone” trick is the ultimate hack for anyone feeling stressed out

Did you know that the iPhone has a little trick up its sleeve that lets you drown out annoying noises?
If you’re having trouble concentrating on important paperwork or just need some quiet time, a TikToker has unveiled a hidden feature that could take care of it.
Apple has hidden several soothing background noises on the iPhone.
As the tech giant puts it, they’re designed to “mask unwanted ambient noise.”
“These sounds can minimize distractions and help you focus, stay calm, or rest,” the feature description reads.
HEIMADigital showed its 772,000 followers exactly where to find and set them up.
First you have to open settings and go to Accessibility.
From there, scroll down until you see Audio/Visual.
Next, tap background noise.
Turn it on at the top, then select your desired sound at the bottom.
There are six sounds to choose from.
These include: balanced noise, light noise, dark noise, ocean, rain, and stream.
You can also control the volume, as well as how loud you want it to be when you’re playing something else.

There is also a button to stop sounds when your iPhone is locked.
So next time you need to block out loud noises or just relieve stress, maybe give Apple’s background noise a try.
