But thankfully, there are some iOS settings you can change, making one-handed operation with an iPhone that much easier.

Try these.

One-handed keyboard

Apple has a special keyboard specially customized for one-handed users.

It’s designed to keep keys closer together when typing words.

The keyboard is slimmed down and can be attached to your favorite side.

To turn it on, go to settingsthen Generally.

Find keyboardand switch One-handed keyboard on.

Show zoom

It’s harder to type things when it’s small on an iPhone.

You can turn on the display zoom to make things appear a bit larger – that way they’re easier to select.

To activate it go to settings then screen brightness.

Scroll down until you see Show zoom.

Tick Larger textthen Completed.

It will ask you to confirm one last time before switching.

Special shortcuts also make one-handed operation a bit easier.

The hidden back-tap button is worth a look.

This means that if you double or triple tap the back of your iPhone, it will do whatever you choose, e.g. B. Open WhatsApp or take a screenshot.

You can turn the taps back on by going to settingsfollowed by Accessibility.

Go to Touch and scroll down to Tap Back.

This is where you can define and set up your trigger actions.
