YuGiOh: Master Duel N/R Festival coming up on March 24

The Festival N / CHEAP Coming YuGiOh Master Duel! This event, you can create and play with a deck made entirely of normal and rare cards, which is until March 24. If you decide to join, you’ll be able to earn some nifty rewards for solving your troubles.

You won’t have long. The N/R Festival ends April 4, with just two weeks for you to land some wins with your cheap deck.

According to the XYZ festival, which was added as the top limited activity to the YuGiOh Master Duel earlier this month, players will earn medals for competing against the rules of the N/R festival. These medals then follow can be exchanged for N/R festival-specific rewards.

We also managed to get a peak on the banned card list for the N/R festival, which removed a host of super-strong decks that would have made great event picks. These cards include:

• True Draco
• True King
• Megalith
• Majespecter
• Generaider
• Timelord
• Phantasm Spiral Dragon
• Tenyi

While you can purchase a loaner deck for the N/R festival, we strongly recommend creating your own custom deck for the event. Chances are, you’ve been stocking up on tokens normally and rarely unpacking, so picking out a list of decks you like and creating a deck shouldn’t be too much of a burden.

If you’re running low on gems and want to get some new cards before the N/R festival, you can still collect 50 packs for free if you have a PS Plus account until April. Also, just logging in will give Level 2000 useful gems thanks to the game that has recently surpassed 20 million downloads.
