Zayn Malik is unrecognizable as he shows off his surf-style curls and full beard.

The former One Direction star wowed his fans and followers with this snap, revealing his transformation from clean boyband star to edgy surfer.

The 29-year-old has naturally curly hair that is swept past his eyes and let his normally manicured beards grow into a full beard.

Zayn rocked a yellow hoodie with a graphic print on the front in this Instagram photo, as he revealed his latest clothing collection, Paynt By Zayn, is available for purchase.

“2 weeks left to get my Paynt By Zayn collection before it disappears! Links in bio,” he wrote, leaving some of his adoring fans confused by his laid-back look.

“ZAYN U NEED NOTE But I love you anyway!” one person commented.

However, some of his fans believe he named the collection after Liam Payne, after his former One Direction bandmate referred to him as “d**k” in a recent interview.

Zayn has kept a low profile in recent months, following his split from supermodel Gigi Hadid.

The couple, who share daughter Khai, separated last year after it was alleged Zayn had a quarrel with Gigi’s mother, Yolanda Hadid.

The star delighted fans by sharing a surprise clip of him singing One Direction’s hit You & I on Instagram, while also sparking rumors that the band, who had gone on an indefinite hiatus last year. 2016 – will get back together.
